Quite regularly you see a news article about some high-profile person getting arrested for DUI. Because the media makes it seem like these things happen all the time, we become desensitized to such news. However, the reality is that when you get a DUI you will spend a night in jail, and also pay a fine, potentially do driving re-training courses, and end up with the DUI on your record.

If you have a DUI, you are in serious trouble. A DUI on your record may impair your ability to get a job, for example. Some private companies conduct extensive background checks, including criminal background checks.

Do not put yourself in such a position. It is important that you not only seek legal help, but also investigate the potential of expunging your record.

We can help; contact our office anytime for an appointment. We would be happy to discuss all of your rights and options. Let us help you expunge your record, or help with your existing DUI/DWI legal issues.
